LIVERPOOL FUCKED UP, AND RODGERS MUST TAKE THE BLAME FOR 3-3 DRAW

How....when you need to WIN a tough away game...do you go from 3-0 up to 3-3???? How is that acceptable? As a manager, your FIRST port of call is winning. Before anything else...it's about WINNING. Getting as many goals as possible for a goal difference may be your secondary thought, but if you are in danger of losing....WHO GIVES A CRAP ABOUT THE GOAL DIFFERENCE??? The wise thing to do is to protect that lead, and see where the fates leave you...knowing you WON the game.

I am shocked by what happened and I still can't believe it. Just look at the picture on the right. You would think that the team in white were left like this because they were DRAWING and LOSING and needed to win. HOW are you so light at the back when you are WINNING the game?

As crazy as Rodgers' tactics were, you have to applaud Pulis for not giving up and HIS sub coming on to score two goals that were sharp dagger right into the soul of Liverpool. There is no discussion...Pulis will be picking up his manager-of-the-year award.

Back to Liverpool, it is truly quite incredible how they have gone from pretty much being a team in waiting, with their hands on the trophy, to somehow letting that firm grip go with so few games left. IF they don't win the the title, this will be historic...because there is no reason why they lost and have drawn their last two games. The philosophy that has made them the most entertaining team to watch may also be the very thing that has lead to them losing points AT THE MOST CRUCIAL time of the season.

This has already been the greatest Premiership season in history, and may go down as THE greatest football season of all time. And it's not done yet. The AMOUNT of drama that has unfolded and the ways in which the tide has turned...ARSENAL were top of the table at one point.

But you have to think about Liverpool. At one point in this game, they pretty much played Crystal Palace off the pitch and could have gotten their seven goals. But a manager must adapt and change to the varying conditions in a match. He should have seen Crystal Palace getting stronger and his players getting more tired. Why Agger was not brought on with Lucas sitting back is just BAD decision-making.

But...my friends....IT IS NOT OVER YET. More drama may yet unfold....
