It all starts today. Another season in what is without doubt the most exciting league in the world. May not be of the standard of Bundesliga or La liga in terms of football quality, but for drama and story, the Premiership is where it's at.
All bets are on Chelsea and you would need to be a brave man to put money on a team who LOVE losing to Mourinho. There's always a first and nothing lasts forever, but with the same personnel they had last year albeit, having Cech in addition, it could be the same old story again. Giroud up front on his own without getting a sniff of a goalscoring chance.
I've been having my trepidations about my boy's chances this season, hence why I've not with confidence come to say they will win the league for sure this season. I need to see what they look like in today's match and whether they still have that amazing unity and cohesion that made them the far out winners last season. Mourinho will always be the key factor who almost took scraps to the title in his first season back.
With Arsenal. Can Wenger snap out of his groundhog day sickness, and try and offer something different? Even if they get smacked up but they posed a different attacking threat to Chelsea, that would be a lot more acceptable than just getting pushed over and bullied like a bunch of infants. I am intrigued to see what Arsenal will do and see if they can legitimately cause Chelsea's defence some serious problems.
Will it be a new day for Arsenal or same oooooooold Arsenaaaaal, always getting smacked, cracked and jacked up by my boy?
