And So It Is Done....Lewandowski Will Be a Bayern Player Next Season...Shaizer.....

I'm actually happy that this is done. It's out there in the open, and there is no more speculation. Robert will be wearing red next season instead of yellow and black, and this will make the Bundesliga all the more one-sided. It's just frightening to think of THIS Bayern team getting even stronger with what I see as on of the best footballing strikers in the world. So, what am I thought about how it all went down? Hmmm....

The words Judas, traitor and disloyal bastard may be thrown about...as they were for Goetze, but one needs to sit back and just take stock of the REALITY of modern football. These are young kids which people forget. They want success, and they want it now. They crave the feeding of the ego, and being part of a big club and a big name and being in the spotlight. Good old Dortmund can play in as many Champions League finals or win as many trophies, but it will take about a decade of success before they can have the kind of history that Bayern, Juventus, Madrid or United have. It's the sad fact and it is the reality.
Yes, the competition is getting killed in the Bundesliga and it's stupid or awful that a rival can set about buying another rivals best players so as to weaken them. I just don't understand how there is not a rule that actually would prevent something like this from happening. There isn't a rule, and so it can happen. This is sport and competition and about finding whatever way legally of being the best by all means necessary, and Pep is doing that.

I think it is wrong to start hating on Lewandowski. He had wanted to leave quite some time ago, and is finally going to get his wish. My real issue is why this could not have been instant. Yes, I know, he only becomes a free agent in the summer, but there is something really wrong there with Lewandowski having to play against a team he IS joining next season and is technically their player. Again, a clown with dust for brains makes these rules...obviously.

What does Lewandowski mean for Bayern? It means they are now even MORE dangerous. As good as Mandzukic is, he is not on the same footballing level as Lewandowski. Robert has amazing control, can shield the ball, can lay it off, and is a threat on the ground and in the air. He is what we call A COMPLETE striker who is also a naturally gifted footballer, which you can't say about ninety percent of strikers out there. That is why Pep sought him out. He knows that Lewandowski can fit in very well in the way his Bayern like to move the ball around and toy with their opponents. Mandzukic is purely a target man, but Lewandowski can be a target man AND be part of the plays involving Muller, Robben and Ribery. In short, if Lewandowski can fit in well with the system....GAME OVER FOR THE REST OF THE BUNDESLIGA.

Unless...Klopp has a great replacement for Lewandowski that he is keeping under his sleeve.
