You can talk about the quality of the opposition, but the manner in which a player injured for MONTHS scored those goals will have other teams quaking in their boots. Messi is getting his groove back, and the Getafe game was the perfect comeback game. He did not need to score, but getting two G's now lets him know he can STILL ball and it's about taking it to the next level against other teams.
Maybe it was too early to come back, but the player I saw showed no rust or unease. Two goals are two goals, and you can't ignore that. I just hope he does not push himself and actually paces himself. He should play a lot smarter not harder and look, he HAS THAT FUCKING CHAMPIONS LEAGUE MEDAL! Who cares? It's all about getting that sharpness so that he can ERUPT on his home soil in South America.
But it's good to have Messi back.
