Like it or Not, Arsenal Are BACK In the Title Mix

Just as you thought that Arsenal were out of the title race with that loss against Stoke, things quickly changed. A loss by Chelsea, and with the Gunners beating their rivals, they are right back in the hunt just behind Chelsea. And I'll tell you this right now, despite Arsenal failing against the big teams, with the way things have done, there is no reason whatsoever why Arsenal cannot go ahead and win this game.

Tottenham deserved A LOT more from the game. Over the entirety of the match, Spurs were better. With some dumb defending in the first half that gave Rosicky space to score one of the goals of the season. A DAMN ROCKER and another reason why Rosicky is SO underrated.

But after Sherwood figured out his defensive line, Spurs were creating chance after chance. Arsenal wasted theirs, with Oxlade forgetting how to put a shot on target. Ultimately, Sherwood must shake his head as to HOW Tottenham were not able to register a single goal. They actually at a point had Szczesny out of his goal, and with two defenders, Tottenham could still not able to put things away. It was baffling, and at that point, I think it was destined to be Arsenal's day again.

This match was strangely similar to the one at the Emirates. Arsenal got the goal, Tottenham dominated, had possession, had chances but lost the game. Only difference, they created A LOT more chances under Sherwood than with the overrated Villas-Boas.

For Arsenal, a win is a win. They keep getting the job done when others somehow fail, and that is why they are right there with Chelsea, City and Liverpool. This is going to be a damn incredible finish to the season as with nine to eight games to go, no two teams have pulled away. IF Arsenal can keep winning and be consistent, then they could somehow end up as winners.

For Tottenham, it seems Levy will go for Van Gaal and make things end up when they got Juande Ramos. I think Spurs fans must appreciate the special talent they had when Bale was about. If only Levy knew this and surrounded him by the best possible players, then Spurs would DEFINITELY be competing for the title....oh, and with Sherwood and NOT AVB. Today, if Bale was playing, he would have come up with at least a goal or two with the kinds of chances that fell to....CHADLI.

Arsenal....who knows, maybe a VERY unlikely double?
