IT ALL COMES DOWN TO THIS.....NOU CAMP, BARCELONA, ATLETICO...ONLY ONE LA LIGA WINNER. GREAT ENDING...BUT....

And I put in that BUT, because this all seems very fishy to me. I just get the impression that this was fixed so the La Liga would have this kind of ending. Come on...facing ATLETICO on the last day? Knowing they would be title challengers POSSIBLY? Hmm. But, it's a superb end to the season and it's a GIFT for Barcelona but one team only needs a DRAW or a WIN.

Simene can cement himself as the CLEAR manager of the season if he wins either the La Liga or Champions League. He has done an incredible job and has somehow kept on improving Atletico to the point of them being able to POSSIBLY doing an improbable double. But this will NOT be an easy match and it will be a true test of his coaching skills to beat a Barcelona team IN THEIR HOME GROUND who are desperate not to end the season with no trophy...that will be immensely difficult.

But he is in a tricky situation. Sitting back and playing for the draw WILL end in a loss for them and is never the tactic to take. But playing far too open may make them susceptible to getting DICED and SLICED by the Argentine kid. So he needs to find that balance and somehow frustrate Barcelona and keep all their men quiet and away from the danger areas.

Messi has been kept quiet by Simeone and Atletico, but if there was a game that the star can come alive...it's this one.

It was the same story with Mourinho, who kept him silent but when the Champions League rolled round, he delivered...and DELIVERED WELL. So, the stage is set for him to do what we know he can do...in a Barcelona shirt and not an Argentine one.

But you got my boy Neymar, Pedro and so many other dangerous players. Iniesta, if he can get his game on, can pretty much be a deciding factor. You got the crowd behind them knowing a victory give them that trophy...so there is so much riding on this that is in Barcelona's favour. But, once that whistle blows, it's eleven against eleven (until the ref does what needs to be done after receiving Barcelona payment), and what gets done get done on that pitch.

My mind and brain says Barcelona, and my heart is too tired to decide. It would be crazy of Atletico go and WIN at the Nou Camp but Barcelona won't let this slip. This is too much of a golden chance for them to screw up and they will use their experience to just get the goals they need and get it done.
