Juventus play it old-skool, but Atletico win a TIGHT ass match.

So this is Allegri's Juventus. Not as functional as Conte's setup that used Pirlo as the jewel, but very resolute and tight at the back. This was a test for Atletico, and I predicted a 0-0 draw, BUT the drug-dealer's team keep passing their exams. THIS was a very important AND impressive victory.

Some clown on twitter that calls himself a football journalist claimed Atletico were too defensive and didn't take enough risks. Obviously the guy knows nothing about tactics because Atletico played it perfectly. They were up against a very well organised Juventus team who were playing it old-skool and also had Pogba and Tevez who could punish on the counter.

Simeone played the patient game.

Atletico kept on working that ass again and again, kept ploughing and my main man, one of THE most underrated players, TURAN, got another crucial goal again for Atletico.

Juve look good, not great and not winning anything with Llorente ahead of GIO. Atletico....Simeone keeps reminding the world he is the best coach around. This team is what you call a proper team.

When you can win BIG and win TIGHT....be very weary of these mofos.
