It was a tight game for Bayern where Leverkusen made them sweat and work hard for their victory. In these games is where you need someone to rise up and score when needed. Although Ribery has not looked anything close to his incredible 2013, him coming up with a very nice goal in a tight game shows he has that killer app in him. It can't be taught, you either have it or you don't. But if we want to make a case for Bayern trying to take the CL CHEDDAR, then we all know of the Robben and Muller factor, but what makes Bayern complete is when Ribery at his best. If Bayern can get both Ribery and Robben at their best, then I am not sure that there is a team out there that can actually beat them. We all know how great Robben can be but that is a threat only only on one side. The Ribery of old was able to run with the ball and was a creative genius that opened up and caused a lot of mayhem for defenses. That is the Ribery that needs to come back, and the question is whether Pep can get the best out of him. Sent from my Vodafone Smart
