People should really look back and see the amount of times good teams have come back from a 2-1 deficit in the first leg. For a GOOD team, it's an ideal result. Because you're not expected to win, that is on the home team. You have gotten the away goal which puts less pressure on you, and you've not been rolled over by coughing up three or four G's.
Carlo will also as well know they got a bit lucky. Bale was trash, Ramos had a bad game, Carvajal was not comfortable at all, and Llorente decided to head the ball straight at Casillas....because he just wanted to. It was a good result, and it's now on to them to finish the job in Madrid.
History is in the making and that is what Madrid seemed set on, a lot more than a Liga that looks to be gobbled up by the three headed monster of MSN. With the way Cristina has been playing, it's getting to the stage where Madrid are guaranteed a goal. And I know for a fact Madrid WILL score, so it's up to Carlo to get the very best out of his defence and try and aim for a clean sheet which is possible. Look, Juventus have players that can score anywhere, but I don't have faith to put my hard-earned cash and give you a gurantee they will score in Spain. That is why, Carlo has to think of partnering up Ramos and Pepe, two guys who know how to play with each other and protect the lead that I expect them to get in the match.
But, Madrid will have to put out a professional performance. Too many mistakes were made, and I'm sorry, I am SICK and TIRED of Chicharito being disrespected. Why did he not start? Because the Cristina and Bale ghost-striker or whatever the hell you want to call it, did not work. Rito would have put more pressure on Bonnucci who looked ready to make a mistake...but was never forced into one by Bale or Cristina.
Tie is still close, but I'm saying Madrid have the edge. It's perfect for them. At home, with the crowd, and knowing scoring just one goal and keeping a clean sheet will take them to Berlin for them to defend the cookie.
