What the SUGAR is wrong with CAVANI?!!!!

If you do the calculations, you will probably find that Edinson Jeremiah would be the leading goalscorer in Europe. That is how many chances this man from Uruguay has decided to miss. It's very worrying and it's gotten to the stage where it's not funny anymore and is very worrying.

Yet again, in a crucial game, Cavani had two AMAZING chances, ones that even an average player would put away and somehow he conspired to miss. The lucky thing is whereas his misses cost his team when they played Chelsea, the 2-2 draws plays into PSG's favour and puts them in the driving seat to go through as group winners.

This is about Cavani though and he needs to realise that the job description says: Striker. The first, second, third and last function of a striker is to put the ball in the fishnet. Everything else is merely surplus. Right now, Cavani is doing his job to an extent, but you actually forget his goals because of just the amount of times he misses the target from great positions.

There are a multitude of reasons as to why this is happening. It ranges from self-confidence, to technique and just basic concentration. Emery needs to take him to the corner and just tell him to relax, think about it and then make the right decision.

For example, when he tried to chip Ospina, that was the wrong decision. Messi would do that with his eyes closed, but Cavani is and will never be Messi. The right decision was to round Ospina and hopefully slot it into an empty net.

Hopefully...

That's it. Just relax, think for an extra second and make sure the right decision is made. Because this man has been doing this for years and neither Blanc or Emery has realised that something needs to be done to help Cavani and turn those misses into G's. And once you do, not only do you clean up the Ligue 1, but PSG go further in the Champions League because kids....goals WIN games...not missing the flippin target time and time again.

Edinson if you are out there, you have the ability to be one of the best strikers in the world. As much as you frustrate me and make me want to leap into the screen and scratch your neck open, I see potential in you. And I know that you can get there because I haven't forgotten the dude I saw play for Napoli who was a lethal goalscorer.

I remember the man who took over Napoli's offense by himself when Lavezzi left, and did all he could to keep Napoli as a top three team. That's the player that I want to see again, and it's all about setting his mind to it and unlocking what he already has in him.

He can get there, but adjustments needs to change.
