No Reus or Draxler for German Friendly

Draxler, the great HYPED hope has not been included in the squad for Germany alongside Reus. Both youngsters are coming back to fitness and thus, Mr. Loew is trying his hand at perhaps taking up some new fresh faces.

Draxler is a guy that I am not sold on. From what little I have seen, he is no way NEAR up to the task of actually being a starter at the World Cup. Also, after that showing against Madrid...I think he may need to emotionally recover from such bullying. BUT, Marco Reus came back with a hard bang against Zenit, and with a goal and performance that showed his important attacking qualities...Loew will HOPE that he is in good, sharp fitness from now until the end of the season, so he has him fresh and prepared for the World Cup.

Out of the two, Loew should be a lot more worried about Reus, who despite a dip in his performances, still has that quality that Germany have been lacking. With Ozil going through a dark patch, Reus is primed to enter into that playmaking role alongside Kroos. But, Draxler needs to have a few more years and then PROVE to me that he can be taken seriously as a top footballer. All he is now is raw talent and is not as refined as Reus. But....Germany have more than the talent in every position, it all lies with the coach who again will be tested by his tactical knowledge at the World Cup.
