Return to Milan will Re-Energise Ibra. PSG is too Meh...

As I scribe away, it's looking like Ibra is going to continue with the failing project that is PSG. There was a crazy link that I smacked my head over, with him returning back to Milan. I completely scoffed at the notion, wondering why he would go to Milan and what the lure would be. But on further thought, Ibra going back to the San Siro is a far more interesting move for him than staying at PSG.

The whole point of moving to PSG, was to form a super team to win the Champions League. Not Ligue 1 or anything in France, but to be a dominant force in Europe. That project has failed, because under Clown Blanc, PSG are not sniffing a Champions League crown. That then leaves one to wonder why Ibra would want to stay at a club that won't get the ultimate prize. Then you think of the state the great AC Milan are, and suddenly you see a far more energising project which would be to return to his old club and help them reclaim domestic glory again.

Ibra going to Milan will instantly make them five times better. Even with the bricks that are there, Zlatan is such an effective player that he will lift the entire team and make them much better in front of goal. Let's be real though, if players see that Ibra is back at Milan, they will be far more inclined to move there because I do mean to cause offence when I say Abate, Pazzini are not exactly players that could attract cement.

It's something Zlatan should think about. He is reaching the final few years of his career and he would want to bow out at least leaving some sort of a stronger legacy. Milan need help with Juventus strolling through titles. And there is of course the little issue of the Champions League. PSG with Blanc are not winning it. With Mihaijlovic who is a far better manager than Blanc, Milan could have the kind of run Juventus had and once in the final, anything can happen...especially with Zlatan on that pitch.

Screw PSG, Ibra. Milan needs you. Serie A needs you. And you need to take on one final project that can motivate you a lot more than the Ligue 1.
