Let's hope Moses Finally Finds Peace at West Ham after being MISTREATED
Sorry, this is simply unacceptable. The handling of Moses by Chelsea, and yes, Mourinho is completely wrong. For a player so talented to be continually loaned out without been given a chance is just odd and quite disrespectful to the player.
If after a loan you don't think he is ready, then you might as well just sell him. Why loan him out again?! Just for him to come back, and yep....you guessed it....get loaned to some club in Easter Europe probably.
Not all good players work in systems. Very few players can be amazing in any team, like Neymar or Robben. But the normal rule of thumb, is that you find your team and setup and stick by it. Some players like the counter-attacking defensive system, others like the more balanced style whilst there are those who can flourish in an all out attack. For Moses, I actually think he would be best suited for the Italian game, that is slower and more technical. There he will be able to find his rhythm and flow, and can do damage on the wing. It's a league that really focuses more on skill rather than the speed and physicality of the Premiership.
As for Chelsea and Mourinho, Moses is not the player. Same as Cuadrado and Salah, where the former looks like he's found a home at Roma, Mourinho's Chelsea are not built for flair players. Moses is highly skilled and he really uses the dribble as his main source of football, rather than rigidly following instructions or tactics like Hazard. It will never work and I don't know why Mourinho has now insisted on loaning him out for a THIRD time. Surely he must see that it's just not going to work. Or maybe he still does see potential in him, unlike De Bruyne and Schurrle, and wants to see him gain a bit more playing time before throwing him into the first team. I don't agree with it. Just like Hernandez who has now gone to Leverkusen, Moses is too good a player just to sit on a bench.
West Ham, I am hoping, could be the club for Moses. Bilic has a nice little gang there, who have won two and lost one so far. They play nice, smart football and I think Moses could work there. The main thing is just him being on the pitch and enjoying his ball. Hopefully Bilic believes in him more than other managers and sees the amazing talent that he has. A happy Victor Moses that is playing, dribbling and scoring can only be good news for the new Oliseh Super Eagles that does need a new lease of life.
Unleash Moses and let the pain stop....
