Gunners show MASTERCLASS in Wales in Victory over Cardiff City

Arsenal were supposed to slump to a defeat, or concede a late goal in a game like this. After all, City and United FAILED to take home the bacon on the same patch. So it makes only perfect sense that Arsenal would suffer the same fate and show their true colors. Nope. Arsenal produced one of their most complete performances in a long time and that Welshman who's on drugs called Ramsey, keeps putting doubters to rest of his versatile talents as a football player.

Things are going well for you when Flamini scores....a DAMN good goal. That just signified the surgery Arsenal put on Cardiff. It was a great team hustle with Szczesny putting off one great save and remaining totally professional. That backline is showing again and again that they can be consistent and a lot of credit must go towards Bould for refining and perfecting the defence.

There's not point in trying to hide from it. Ramsey is playing like a man who has injected the juices of some aliens. His ALL ROUND play is incredible. Beyond the goals, this is still a midfielder who runs back to tackle, who passes and keeps the ball, who PLAYS through balls, who RUNS with the ball. Wenger has to have the widest smile, knowing while those like insulted him last season, he kept the faith and my goodness....the result is there for all to see.

Perhaps this is the eight year project that Wenger kept harping on about. Maybe this was why Gunners had to wait for so long. Right now, this Arsenal team are the MOST complete in the Premiership. Once they are on their game and playing their football, which they forgot how to in Manchester, then they WILL beat most teams.
They are not yet a finished article, and they still lack that impact player that Wenger will shop around for in January. For now though, they are top of the league and their chemistry is great. It's a team with a lot of ideas and they seem to be getting better the more they trust each other's abilities to find that difficult pass.

It's too early to say they are favorites. I don't trust this team to show character when things get tough and matches don't go their way. Don't really know if I see enough character to grind out a tough match, which is Mourinho's bread, butter and egg. Prove me wrong, Arsenal. Let's see if you can keep it going, and sweep away all teams in your path and finally get your hands on that trophy.
