I Don't Trust Him...BUT HE KEEPS SCORING!!! GIROUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUD!!

Arsenal need a striker. I said it at the start of the season and I will say it again. For me to put them as the FAVORITES, they need that proper striker who can take matters into his own hands. The kind of player that can beat three defenders...bottom left kisser. They need Thierry. Sadly, Henry now has a beard and chills out in New York, New York. For now, Arsenal must make do with Giroud and....the boy is doing good. I have had my doubts about Giroud and STILL do...but the man is doing a lot to tell Wenger that he is the man to lead Arsenal back to the land of glory.

Giroud keeps on scoring. Fine, he went missing against United but so did the ENTIRE team. Despite that game, Giroud has come up again with two goals. The first goal showing the desire and the hustle he has in him of a natural striker. There is nothing you can say against him now. Yes, I can criticize his lack of control or his inability to beat a man, or lack of any real speed or great movement. The reality is he is a striker, and he is scoring goals. He is doing EXACTLY what it says on his job description. So I really can't hate on the French man. If you are coming in to Arsenal and you are constantly putting the ball in the net, then anything else is frankly irrelevant. It's ONLY when that ball is being hit to Mars that we may need to have a little chat.

I have to commend him. My insults may still continue and he is a player that would never get into my team. However, with all the noise of Arsenal needing that striker and rumors of Rooney, Suarez and Chicharito persisting, Giroud has kept that head down and put in those G's. That is something to be admired. He has not allowed all that speculation to bother him and is showing that he is doing his job and delivering the goods for the Gunners. If he can continue to do this and be consistent, then Arsenal just may do it. Not WILL, but MAY...notice the difference.

He now has nine Premiership goals and is already looking to surpass his goals from last season. I would say that his biggest strength is his instinct. He has that eye and desire for goal, with great anticipation and awareness of timing his runs. Why Deschamps does not play him ahead of Karim "The Brick" Benzema makes no sense. He may not be Henry or Trezeguet, but Giroud is showing there are many ways in which to get goals...and the name of the game at end of the day are G'S!
