Kaka Leads Milan to victory over Celtic...Could the Brazilian Be Back? Errr.....

For the first time in what seems like a LIFETIME, that old Kaka was back. The way he ran with the ball, holding off defenders, his eye for the pass, his graceful balance. It was like all those years ago when Kaka and Milan were the best in the world. Before we all proclaim his return....I think we need to relax and realize the opposition he was up against.

This is just me talking and just calling it as I see it; Celtic are NOT good. They are nowhere NEAR the standard that you should expect for a team competing at the zenith of club football. There is not one player I can call a star...or even a semi-star and don't you dare tell me Samaras aka the Samaritan is anything close to someone who knows how to play football.
So with that being said, Kaka put on a great display against a pretty feeble team. Let's see him do that against Bayern or Juventus and only then can we now begin to say that we are witnessing the return of Kaka. STILL, what this does give Kaka is that confidence. He now knows that he has that talent and he hasn't lost it in those dark years spent in Madrid. All that old lifeblood is slowly rising through those Brazilian veins and reigniting the Kaka force. For Allegri, who is somehow lurking on the Milan bench, it's great news for him. To see that Kaka is now able to play with that confidence and bravado of years gone by, will do A LOT in dragging Milan from levels of mediocrity in the Serie A.

I shall make a little confession thought. I may be in the SERIOUS minority here, but I have never felt Kaka deserved the praise he got. Sure, he was a very good player but I just never saw him as this GREAT footballer that others saw him as. Do you really want to tell me with a straight face and no BS that Kaka was anywhere near the level of the REAL Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Romario or even Pele? I'll add Rivaldo to the mix. You think I'm crazy? Go on Youtube and watch his overhead kick against Valencia THEN get back to me.

Milan now have a date with destiny against Ajax in the final game and Celtic must seriously consider building up a team that can even begin to compete on a stage like this. As for my good friend Kaka, the real hard work now starts again in Italy, with the incredibly tough task of reigniting this Allegri Milan team.
