Two ROBUST Defences Up Against Each other, Atletico vs Chelsea, Simeone vs Mourinho in Champions League SHOWDOWN

Don't think for a second that Mourinho got off easy with getting Atletico. The draw he would have HOPED for was Madrid. A team he knows very well, and a team that don't look too strong as the other three. Bayern were the ones to avoid before the final, but Atletico is the unknown team.
They are the weakest team AT FIRST GLANCE, but they are one of the best coached teams in the world, and this WILL be a very tight match that might go all the way to those penalties.

What Simeone has done with Atletico is greater than what any other manager in European football has done. FACT. Atletico don't have anyone. Diego Costa is a new kid on the block, and Arda Turan is their only naturally gifted footballer. What Diego has done is COACH HIS BALLS OFF and build a team that works hard like crazy, is PHYSICAL and fights for every single inch. In other words, he has built a team of warriors ready to go to war for however long is needed. The scary thing is they are getting harder and harder to beat, and are becoming even more resolute. When I saw them get SMACKED by Madrid, I was wondering what all the hype was for. But seeing more of them, they are just a UNIT who just take it back to the old days, by really FIGHTING through nintety minutes, making the game ugly and doing what is needed to win.

This will be a difficult one for Mourinho. As I said, he KNOWS Madrid and he KNOWS Pep. But this Atletico team has grown since last season AND it's the same Atletico that beat his Madrid in the Copa Del Rey Final. So you know what, this WILL be a very tight match and it's going to be hard to really call out one clear winner. I am leaning towards Chelsea, but if Atletico bring their A-GAME and Chelsea can't seem to find a goal and bring their INEPT-ATTACKING game, then Atletico may just edge this one out.

Both of these teams have A KILLER DEFENCE and are very similar in how they play. Chelsea have the more fluid attack, whilst Atletico have the dependable striker and INCREDIBLE workmanship. It will be a game of very few goals, but if you ask me, this might actually end up going all the way to a shootout. In a game this tight, with both teams not known for being adventurous, I can't really see one team just RUNNING over the other. We'll see...

Many neutrals are all rooting for Atletico, but I personally don't give a shit. I have been hearing many racist things from their club, but won't hold that against the coach or the players who have nothing to do with some cavemen. I say, let the best team win, but my boy Mourinho is on a mission and is SICK of losing in the semis. A third loss in the semis would truly stink...especially against a team that Chelsea are very equipped to beat. However, there is a story to be written and Diego Simeone could put that final full-stop if he can get past Mourinho, win the final and complete an INCREDIBLE achievement.
