Time for Gyan to Lead Ghana again, with Grudge Match against USA

USA have lost to the Black Stars twice in a row now. They want their revenge and are on a mission to get it. For Ghana, getting so close four years ago, they are carrying the hopes of a nation. And a lot of that hope rests on the captain and face of Ghana....Gyan.


Gyan is Ghana's main striker and he has to be the guy that drives the Ghanians forward. He MUST keep making those runs constantly, and really be the guy that gets the goals for Ghana when they need them. That also means he must be BETTER and less erratic in his finishing.

What makes Asamoah so good, is how well he plays the difficult position of.the lone striker. He knows how to get chances for his team, hustle, and get around those defenders. But there are times when he can become very wasteful. In THIS group, Gyan cannot afford to waste any chances whatsoever. If he does so, then Ghana may not make it out.

It starts tonight for Ghana, and they have to show that they are ready to go even further this time. The team must play their BEST game in every match, but all teams need a hero and that hero MUST be Gyan. Time to Rise Up.
