IDEYE BROWN HAS CHANCE TO PROVE KESHI AND DOUBTERS WRONG WITH MOVE TO WEST BROM...and I hope he does it

Anyone who saw the Nations Cup and even the qualifiers would have held their heads in shock when Brown was OMITTED from the World Cup squad. Some may talk of the chances he misses, but compared to Nwofor and Ameobi...Brown DESERVED to be on that plane and literally got done over.
In a time where there has been a deluge of Nigerian talent in the Premier League...or wherever...Brown can cast a long shadow over Osazie, Mikel and co by being a hit with a team that is just right for him.

Anichebe used to be the striker for West Brom...but sorry, he SUCKED. He may have scored a few goals, but his football was not something I would sign off on. In Ideye Brown, West Brom have brought in a more athletic player, with better versatility and ability to cover a greater distance across the pitch....unlike Victor.

I ain't saying Brown is going to be an instant hit. Those that have seen him play, and his critics would say that he gets in GREAT positions due to his footballing intelligence but unlike Muller, he can't put away the chances that he creates for himself. But that is the beauty of life, you can always work on things and improve things about yourself...and all he needs to do is get on that training pitch and PERFECT his shooting ability.

West Brom are not expected to sniff or even dream of the top four, but as the saying goes in football..build a strong solid team, that is organized and have a striker that can deliver 15 to 20 g's? Then anything is possible. IF Brown can put away his chances and really be firing for West Brom and if the Premier League is just as open this year as it was in the last season, who the hell knows where West Brom and Ideye can find themselves?
