FIVE Reasons why Reus Should Stay at Dortmund

When I mean stay, I'm talking about the LOOOONG ass haul. Not just till next summer. So Marco...here are the five reasons:

1) KLOPP aka Kloppo aka the crazy demented wild haired blondie

You are working under a great coach. The same coach that found you and has nurtured you into one of THE best attacking midfielders in the world. Under him Marco, you will grow, into a fine flower that can blossom to perhaps be in that final three for the Ballon D'OR.

2) The Team's System SUITS You

There is no other team in the world that play like Dortmund. Yeah, Arsenal have a similar style but the way in which Dortmund pass the ball and attack in danger areas is unique. And YOU are vital in making that work. You have a system that makes you look really good and constantly shows up your strengths.

3) The FANS

Nothing like being loved. You're human. As humans, we will always be like babies. We may not physically look like babies when we grow up, but we still feel like them. All babies need loving and so do you. The fans would appreciate you staying whilst Gotze and Lewandowski chased the fame and the big lights. Perhaps even having fans chant your name, and call you a legend must sound cool to you. That perk only stands if your ass stays for the long haul.

4) Thrill of a CHALLENGE

So you move to Madrid or Bayern who have their leagues on lockdown and will pretty much always be in the final four of the Champions League. Where will the fun be in moving there?
Staying at the "smaller" circus means a greater challenge. To do more with less. To be David and slay the Goliaths. Any true professional lives for a challenge. Look what Maradona did with Napoli. Winning with Dortmund will always mean more than winning with Bayern or Madrid.

5) Be a LEGEND!!!

Del Piero could have left Juventus. Same with Gerrard and Liverpool. And De Rossi has kept on turning down offers to stay with Roma. These players, when they retire will be LEGENDS at the clubs that they remained loyal to. The fans will etch their name on walls and sing their praises even when the world starts to erupt into a thousand volcanoes.
Marco, being a legend at a club may not seem so big now at your age...but trust me, when you get older, it WILL mean more than the trophies you won. Having a community where they love and respect you means FAR more than a piece of silver. But, winning is always the name of the game. And who says you can't WIN and be a LEGEND at the same time?
