Allegri MUST Look to Giovinco to KICKSTART Juventus in Champions League...NOT Brickente
So Juventus are in the shit now. Sorry for my language, but let's get real now. ANY losses for Juventus now, could spell YET another early exit. Surely Juventus cannot go TWO SEASON in a row going out in the group stages, as that would just be plain embarrassing. But is Massimiliano really going to put all his marbles on Tevez and......BRICKENTE???!!!
Llorente is rubbish. Yes, he can score a goal here and there, and can sometimes be effective in the air...but at the game of football, he is RUBBISH. There is nothing to debate, that is just a cold hard fact. Anybody that defends him who is neither his twin or family deserves to be shoved in an ice cooler for eternity...in SIBERIA.
So why would you play a rubbish player in a crunch game? That does not make any logical sense. I understand Tevez, who can't give you his full 100% in EVERY single game, but Llorente? My lord.....you can't START this guy. Maybe bring him on to add an aerial threat, but no...not for a starter.
Giovinco has to be unleashed. I have been saying this for years, but for some reason, maybe I am the only one that sees just what an AMAZING talent that this kid is. When you are in a situation like this...at a crossroads...you need player with energy who offers something fresh and different to add some zip to your team.
Olympiacos are out for blood and they smell it. They have NOTHING to lose. They are in a great position and they can play for broke. Juventus will have all the pressure as they know just how ridiculous if they don't come out of what is a very EASY group. After all, they are representing Italy as the champions. But if Juventus are to come out, they have to fire at Olympiacos with something sharper and meaner and the ONLY player that can offer that is Giovinco.
Pogba is a player who can play anywhere and can make those late runs in the box if a ball is comin from a cross. But if Juventus who have TWO players who can actually move and run WITH the ball unlike our Spanish friend...then we're cooking.
Who knows....Llorente may actually end up scoring.....
