Why is Blanc Still Coach of PSG?
Why the hell is he still the damn coach? Makes no sense. You all know that I have been at the forefront of trying to find a way of getting this man removed. I do this from a very good place because it is a CRIME that a team THAT good is anything other than at LEAST seven points clear a the top of the French League.
The difficulty in managing a team full of stars is always the ego issue. If you don't have the respect of these guys who think they are hotter than a Brazilian babe on the beach, then you are on a fastrack to nowhere.
Ask yourself this...would Cavani have come back late from a holiday if Mourinho or Heynckes was in charge?
Cavan should be punished and what he did was ridiculous, but you have to also ask yourself how he would even be in a position to do such a thing if there was not a proper order within the dressing room. Because everything starts from the very top and works its way downwards. Mourinho uses the iron fist to rule, and if you don't like it, he does away with you without remorse or a second thought. I am not too sure whether the bald-head kissing guy has that same pull.
It would just be unacceptable if PSG don't manage to win, YES I SAID WIN, the Champions League with a this talented team. Not many clubs in the world can boast a first team that have LEGIT players from the back to the very front. And yes, there are always difficulties managing egos, but Mourinho, Ancelotti, Rijkaard, and so forth have shown that it can be done. Because if a manager gets it right with PSG, they CANNOT be beaten. The team is just too damn good. Of course, football is football, and you never know what can happen on any given day. But put me in charge of this team, and I can make it work. I will give this team a defined style centred on getting the best out of Ibra in the middle and bringing back the magic of Napoli that Cavani and Lavezzi had back in the day.
And you all know how I feel about dribblers. It is scandalous that Lucas is even considering returning back to Brazil because it's just not working out for him at PSG.
I will cradle and comfort a player like Lucas and make him my creator, and make sure that he works well and in tandem with the strikers. These are things that are essential to building an unbeatable team. What would Barcelona be without Xavi and Iniesta or Inter without Sneijder?
Sack him.
