Digestive Biscuits aka Busquets may follow Pep to City

You might remember him from such movies as the Champions League semi-final where he was caught cheating to get Motta sent off, or from the other box-office smash that featured him calling Marcelo a monkey. That's that side of Busquets, but beyond his rancid personality, he's one of the best defensive-midfielders money can buy. A vital part of the Barcelona fraternity, and he just might leave...if Pep can succesfully tempt him.

As of right now, he won't say it to the world to hear, Pep is thinking of all the players he wants to bring with him to City. I'm sure he recognises this will be a step up in challenge, and so he's going to need all the ammunition to put his team in the best position to exterminate. In the world of football today, having a really good defensive midfielder is as vital as pie. With how attacking teams are, you need that extra protection in front of your defense to fend off opposition advances.

You've got to remember, when Pep came to Barcelona to coach for the first time, he was the one that brought Busquets into the fold from the B-team he was coaching. He saw in him a player in his mould. Confident and relaxed on the ball with good delivery and and understanding of position. Busquets was to form an important cog in his tic-tac-toe machine, to ensure that they kept the ball and when they lost it, they'd get it back quicker than you can say Mourinho Needs a Job.

It's very possible it could happen. Sergio is not getting much of a challenge at Barcelona, having won everything. Going to a new country, with a team that needs help to dominate may be something that can entice him. Working alongside a mentor could also be a determining factor in him making that switch.
