No Ribery, No Robben, No Problem as Gotze and Muller seal deal for Bayern

Bayern were not at their best. I would LOVE all those anti-Ribery losers to please take a look at a Bayern without the Frenchman. The great team did not have that cutting edge and missed the chance-creation specialist that Franck is. But, Bayern managed to get through what was a TOUGH match and again...Gotze is showing the world that is he ready to take his game to the next level.

Monchengladbach played WELL and showed why their Home record is one of the best in Europe. I had no idea, and I thought that these guys would get run over by a slightly weakened Bayern. But they defended well, restricting the red machine but what I admired was how they countered and they showed Arsenal that there IS a way to exploit this Bayern team. But, Bayern Munich are a great team and great teams know how to WIN games. They did not have their best game and despite their huge possession, they did not outplay Monchengladbach at all. Bayern just kept themselves in the game, Neuer again showed why he is the best in the world, and they took their chances when it mattered. That is all that matters, that is all that I care about, and Bayern got that win and I have no doubt that they will probably be UNDEFEATED in the league this season.

The Barcelona-to-be keeper, Stegen showed what he is capable of with what was an incredible reflex save that began a chain of events that lead to an unfortunate penalty to Bayern, which Muller put away.
But this bodes VERY well for Germany as they now have TWO very good keepers to choose from, meaning their defence is in very good shape.
Bayern however now march on, with that so-called Salzburg defeat now put in the past. It's up to the rest to beat them, but with Ribery, Robben and Schweisteiger to come back....I really just don't see how anyone can take these guys out to lunch and NOT pay.

ps....CAN WE PLEASE GET BART SIMPSON PLAYING RIGHT BACK LIKE HE SHOULD??!!!
