Guerrero SNIPES Bolivia, with Peru Ready for some Chilean Stew

Always thought Peru would be too good for Bolivia, who obviously did NOT learn from their baptism by Chile. But it was about two things; the sharpshooting quality of Guerrerro and Bolivia's atrocious defensive organisation.

Peru have been good throughout the whole tournament, and have really been much better than in previous other tournaments. They were unlucky to lose to Brazil, and from that game, they learned the value of defence. Since then, they have been a very hard team to break down. That has been lead by one of the Copa's best defenders Zambrano, who has been superb force at the back.

But, Guerrero has been one of the surprise packages. In a time where it's now offensive to be a pure striker, Guerrero has come and showed just how important that role is. With his physicality, eye for goal, he is one to watch for clubs looking to bulk up their team for next season. And against Bolivia, he finally exploded and single-handedly took the Bolivians out to lunch, without paying.

But it's a team effort. Farfan is finally living up to his potential, and Pizarro is doing his thang with those old legs. The whole unit look very together and with only conceding two G's so far, with the magic of Neymar, it bodes very well for their chances of doing something special in this tournament.

As for Bolivia, they were tactically all over the place. To concede two G's so quickly in the first half, with the second one being the perfect advert of how not to defend, they fully deserved their beating and I hope that manager gets sacked. The least he could have done, knowing they were the weaker team would be to at least try and hold down the fort and keep the game tight, even being down by a G so early. So yep, he needs to get the sack.

Why not? Why can't Peru beat Chile and head into a Final where it's anyone's candy? This is football and the Greeks showed that anyone can beat anyone once you cross the white line upon that green turf called a damn pitch. So the Peruvians can feel a little bit proud in the fact that this is one of the most open Copa Americas there has been and the gulf in class is very narrow. With Guerrero at the front and Zambrano at the back with Farfan being a wide danger, Chile should be very weary when they meet in the semi.

I WANT THAT BOLIVIAN COACH SACKED!!!
