Moyes not fully convinced about Kagawa's ability

Finally, Moyes did not incur my wrath and he unleashed the man from the rising sun from the START. But, after the game....Moyes said he is still not yet convinced....of...wait for it....wait....his FITNESS.

Hmm...

Now, I may be mad or crazy or just insane...but perhaps you become match-fit by...maybe...I think...playing MATCHES? Now, I don't know what match my Scottish friend was watching, but in that second half I saw a United team that were for inventive, elusive and fluid. A lot of that was because of the movement of Kagawa and his understanding of the football pitch. This is something Welbeck, Cleverley and Young do not give him. As the match showed, it was obvious Kagawa would not be sharp in the first half, but he gradually got better. So it only makes perfect logical sense that after five or six games where he is given at least 70 minutes, he will be an asset to the United team.

I believe Kagawa should seek a transfer in January. I can't have too much sympathy for him because when Klopp came calling, he did not answer his call. He needs to remember that this is a World Cup year, and even though he will be the first name on that team sheet for Japan...he surely wants to have a big season that will put him in good stead come the World Cup.

Something to think about Shinji....

Back to Moyes. I really don't know what he wants from his United team or how he wants them to play. Their best performance was against Leverkusen, and one would have thought that would have carried on into their following games. The worst thing you can do as a new manager is disrupt the flow of a team by chopping and changing. Surely, if you have a great performance, you ought to try and play the same exact team....so that would have meant everyone played in the Leverkusen tie apart from RVP. So....where was Kagawa?

Let's see what happens not only this weekend but on the next few weeks. I am a man of consistency. Moyes complained about Kagawa in ONE HALF, but what has Welbeck done since the Swansea game? Or what use is Ashley Young apart for diving for England? Riddle me this Mr. Moyes....
