Modric Must Dominate Even More For Croatia To Go Through

There's been a lot of talk of Croatia. A team who burst to the scene in 1998 with SUKER being the top scorer. Ever since then, Croatia have gained that reputation of being a pretty good team. Always hard to beat, well organised and players with technical on-the-ball ability. But....they now have two STARS with them. Mandzukic, love him or hate him, is a man who knows how to score....and the other was a vital component in a Champions League winning team.

Luka's good. The boy got SKILLS. He was a nice midfielder at Spurs, but at a bigger club with greater pressure, he's shown that he can run a game and have a much bigger impact over a football match. And Croatia will need Modric at his UTMOST best, if they are to progress from the groups.

Croatia are the team people think will pip Mexico and some cocaine users claim they may top the group. But if Modric does NOT control that midfield and really drives the team forward, then my pick is Mexico to go ahead of them.

Luka....your team, your COUNTRY needs you.
