Why Bayern need Bart Simpson aka Philip Lahm BACK!

They need him.

We know how good Bayern are and how they have the best squad in football. And no, they are NOT in a crisis, because ONE loss is NOT a crisis, so stop taking me for a fool.

But they need the Cap'n back....because his influence on the field is obviously missed.

As good as Bayern are, and this team is still very much stacked and no guy called...RODE....will detract from that; they are not perfect and you could see that from that Wolfsburg game and in some others...they are missing a leader.

Bastian is the man, and is a top central midfielder, but as a footballer and an influencing force, he is not on the level of Lahm. Because again, people will not praise him on the big papers and websites...but oh yes, your boy WILL do so. Because Lahm is VITAL to Bayern, and without him, they are missing that ticking engine that makes them complete, compact and a total team.

Just look at Germany. People assumed that they could cope without that short right-back...because after all, he is just a right-back...how important could he be to a team that already has a lot of excellent players?

Well geniuses, if you knew about football you would know that once you are IT, not matter what position you play, you MATTER to your team. And Germany just don't look the same without him as they struggled against Ireland and Scotland without the tackling, hustling, passing, dribbling and moving sensation that is Bart MUTHAFREAKIN' Simpson!

When Bart Simpson comes back from injury, the natural thing will be for Pep to slot him back in the defensive midfield position.

Alonso is struggling and Pep relies a lot on his attacking play, which leaves him thin at the back, and that is where the intelligence and skill of Lahm is important in shutting out those counters against his team.

But, this man was BORN to play only one position, and it is here that he will help Bayern the most.

Because Bernat is doing great work on the left flank, and I could give two eggs who Rafinha is or where he is from, Lahm is the best right-back in the world by some way and to have two QUALITY wing backs in the game of today is a HUGE plus and a great advantage in those big games.

So Pep must employ him back into this position because he is capable of knowing when to leave his post and helping out Alonso if he is struggling to cope with a counter. But this also means that the extra dynamic in Bayern's attack is increased with Lahm connecting and overlapping with Robben and Goetze from his wing back position and pretty much making it pretty damn hard to defend. Because Pep has not really introduced Lahm into his attacking mindset, but I just know that it would be a match made in heaven and Lahm could truly be a devastating attacking weapon for Bayern in the Champions League.

Just remember this, for all the haters there who laugh when I put Lahm ABOVE Cristina, Ibra, and to some extent my dear friend Messi....to SOME extent!

The man has the complete set, but also the most important medal of them all...the World Cup!

PS Muller looks incredibly scary in that picture....
